5-week Zoom series starting Tuesday, Feb 8th
Tuesdays 12pm-1:30 pm
Yoga Class all levels 75 minutes with additional time for the group to connect, chat, and go through any relevant questions

This safe and balanced yoga practice is designed to guide you into your innate capacity for birth and motherhood. Our prenatal yoga class will help cultivate strength and ease in order to support your body, heart, and mind throughout your entire pregnancy. Students will be guided through breath-work, physical postures, and relaxation offering a deep sense of nourishment and connection. Open to all levels and stages of pregnancy.

This fun and playful class is built to support Mamas and Babies together. The physical sequencing of this class is designed to help Mamas in the healing process of diastasis recti while supporting the physical demands and needs of caring for a Baby. Class offers poses for Mamas, poses for Mamas to incorporate babies, and gentle poses or tools for baby.
